Gold price drops by Rs 1000 per tola

Kathmandu, April 25

The price of gold dropped by Rs 1,000 per tola (11.66 grams) in the domestic market today, the last trading day of the week.

On Thursday, the gold was traded at Rs 190, 600 per tola and today, it plummeted to Rs 189,600, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

Similarly, the price of silver has been fixed at Rs 2,000 per tola for Friday. The price of gold is 3,325 US dollar per ounce in the international market today.
